Data we process

Documents and files
Documents may contain sensitive information. We use submitted files only for the relevant request, document evaluation and service delivery. Files are not used for advertising or public display.

Forms, newsletter and cookies

Recipients and retention
Data may be shared with IT, hosting, email, accounting, legal and service partners, translators, notaries, couriers or public authorities where needed for the requested service or legal duties.
Request and document data is usually kept for up to 2 years after the last communication unless a longer period is required. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe and is anonymised within 30 days of unsubscribing. Internal admin activity logs are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
